Peter Millett

Peter is a children’s author from New Zealand who lives with his family in a small coastal village across from a dormant volcanic island. He writes books inspired by his passion for making people laugh, aiming to encourage readers to dive into a book as a fun recreational activity.

Peter joined the travel industry in his teens and embarked on adventures as far away as the jungles of Borneo and the remote islands of the Fijian archipelago. He considers his most remarkable adventure to be being a stay-at-home dad to his two young kids, weaving stories for them as they grew up together in a world filled with couch forts, treasure hunts, and sandcastle building.

Peter has published over 30 titles for children and has completed school visits in NZ, Australia, America, and the UK, as well as virtual visits in other countries.
