Nicky Perfect

Nicky Perfect B.E.M (British Empire Medal), is an hostage and crisis negotiator turned international trainer who provides consultancy and training to organisations worldwide. She worked on the elite Hostage and Crisis Negotiation Unit at New Scotland Yard, represented Her Majesties Government in live operations as well as travelling the world teaching negotiation and communication skills including FBI agents at Quantico.
